Insurance

At Arizona Psychiatry, we are in network with commercial plans including Aetna, AmBetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare/Optum.  We also can see patients who are self pay (cash pay).

We are NOT in network with AHCCCS/Medicaid, Medicare, Community Health Plans, Tricare, Workers’ Comp, or EAP programs, and we are out of network with most Medicare Advantage plans.

Please note we may be incorrectly listed as “In Network” at other facilities/locations in town, please verify that our office at 258 E River Road is the facility listed as being “In Network”.

The only Healthcare Marketplace plan we accept is AmBetter—we are out of network for all other Marketplace plans.

If your insurance plan is not one we currently accept, we are happy to see you on an out-of-network basis. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits to help cover the cost of visits, while others may require you to pay additional costs. If you are unsure about your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to better understand your benefits.
